Tiny Factions is a pixel-art, medieval-themed strategy game that blends classic RTS (Real-Time Strategy) mechanics with deep city management and survival elements. You aren't just commanding an army; you are the heart of a living, breathing kingdom that rises, falls, burns, and rebuilds from the ashes.

• Deep Economy & City Building: Don't just place buildings—establish actual production chains! Build Workshops, boost your economy, and channel those resources to expand your city.
• Air Balloon Invasions: Break geographical boundaries! Board your hot air balloons and conquer infinite islands, spanning from snowy peaks to sprawling deserts.
• Tactical Combat Balance: Spearmen, Swordsmen, and Cavalry... Plan your strategy wisely. One wrong move can decimate your army; the right move will save your kingdom.
• A Living, Breathing City: Your city is more than just stone and wood. Deal with thefts, riots, and foreign threats. Watch your citizens flee to their homes during raids—but beware, enemies can set their houses ablaze!
• Full Customization: Name your kingdom, select your soldiers' armor and colors, and most importantly, draw your very own crest pixel by pixel!

📖 QUICK TUTORIAL (HOW TO PLAY)

When you first start, follow these steps to guide your kingdom to glory:

1. Lay the Foundations (Economy)

Everything starts with production. First, build Workshops. These workshops provide the gold and resources needed to expand your city and raise your army. The stronger your economy, the more invincible your army becomes.

2. Set Up Your Defenses

Enemies and rebels won't stand idly by! Design your city layout strategically. When an attack begins, peasants will automatically seek shelter in their homes. Remember, buildings can be set on fire, trapping your peasants inside, so keep your defensive lines strong.

3. Master the Combat Triangle

To dominate the battlefield, never forget this golden rule:

• Spearmen: Experts at stopping Cavalry.
• Cavalry: Swiftly trample Swordsmen.
• Swordsmen: Shred through Spearmen shields.

Controls: During battle, the active button (Swordsman, Spearman, or Cavalry) in the bottom-left corner determines which unit you will train. You can change your camera position by left-clicking the mini-map HUD in the bottom-right, and zoom in/out using the mouse wheel.

4. Explore & Conquer

Once your city is secure, look to the skies! Use Air Balloons to launch expeditions to new islands. During these territorial skirmishes, the more capture points you hold, the faster your units train. Each island you conquer awards your kingdom a permanent Perk. But beware: as you grow stronger, so do your rivals.

5. Forge Your Identity

Use the Customization panel to define your kingdom's visual identity. Use the flag editor to pixel-paint the legendary crest that will fly high over your conquered foes.

• Campaign: A conquest story that scales in difficulty, pushing your strategic limits.
• Quick Game: Choose your biome, name your kingdom, and jump straight into action!
